North End Beach is the quiet, residential end of the Virginia Beach ranging from 42nd street up to Fort Story at 89th street. The main road is Atlantic Avenue with no street parking. The residential streets flank either side of Atlantic Avenue for 1-2 blocks on either side.
North End Beach isn’t quite as popular as Sandbridge for vacation rentals but they do exist. North End is closer to bars, restaurants and things to do at the Oceanfront and easy bike ride away. Its also home to the 64th street entrance to First Landing State Park and the original Cape Henry Lighthouse on Fort Story.

How I Style My Family of 6 for Photos
I have 4 boys and they didn’t match. Its definitely a puzzle but here are some tips:
- Texture is your friend
- Light color prints are ok
- You can mix plaids (shocker!)
When to book your Virginia Beach photographer
As soon as you book your rental! Dates fill quickly and a responsible photographer will reserve a date for weather back ups. That generally means just two or three families per photographer each week.
